I have spent some time re-arranging the photo frames in the boyfriend’s room and baking chicken-pox-lookalike Chinese new year cookies.

Pictures are by this photographer with amazing dogs, William Wegman. Seriously, if your mom thinks that your DIY-jewellery-cum-hand-sewn-quilts eBay business is not a proper job, tell her that taking-pictures-of-your-own-dogs-in-compromising-positions is not exactly a job either, but hey this man made it work. 

Also, I love how the cookies turned out. Not exactly festive looking even though it’s a lucky red for Chinese new year, but replace the heart shapes with human body shapes and you have a lovely gift for communicable disease day.
